412: HOW ABOUT THESE POSITIONS

“Variety is the spice of life. We all want surprises.” —Tony Robbins

There is a time and a place for routines.

And yes, sometimes–sometimes that place can be the bedroom.

When you do the same thing over and over again over a period years…

Things can get boring!

Sometimes the reason couples get into a routine is because neither spouse talks about sex.

Talking about different positions doesn’t happen unless there is some conversation around the topic.

Which means that sometimes the sex issues are really communication issues.

Your spouse can’t know that you want to try something new if you don’t share that you want to try something new.

ESP doesn’t ever work in a marriage, especially in the bedroom.

If you want your spouse to know you are interested in different positions you need to tell them.

Better yet…

Make sure you do so outside of the bedroom.

Another reason you may be in a routine is because you aren’t being intentional about you sex life.

If you placed more energy, time and emotional resources into your sex life, what would the two of you explore?

What would you be willing to try?

Sometimes the lack of variety  is due to a lack of romance.

Things are ho-hum in the romance department and that then translates into things being ho-hum in your bedroom.

In this week’s show Tony and Alisa talk about how you can change the atmosphere inside and outside your bedroom when you have more than one sexual position.
