“There’s no rule that says that you can only have sex in your bedroom. It’s your house, it’s OK to use other rooms and have sex outside of your bedroom.” —Anonymous

sex outside

Where is the craziest place you have ever “done it”?

There are many reasons for having sex outside of your bedroom or your home. These may include but not limited to:

  • Adventure
  • Break the routine
  • Excitement
  • Thrill
  • Something never done before

Really, there is no shortage of ideas on where to have sex outside of the bedroom.

While some may be crazier adventures than others, it’s important to remember that when you change it up you’re expanding your sexual intimacy.

You hear lots of things like, sex goes downhill after marriage or even that there’s nothing to look forward to after you say I do.

But why?

Who says it is that way or has to be that way?

So what does it take to have sex outside of the bedroom?

Do you have to convince your spouse? Act in the moment?

You don’t know until you ask do you?

You can begin by asking where, outside of your bedroom, would you like to have sex? Then you’ll know what concerns, if any, the two of you will need to work through.

It’s amazing what happens when you get intentional about your sexual intimacy and your emotional intimacy. Get outside your comfort zone and have some fun outside your bedroom!
